The Universal Power of Energy and the Mind

Have you ever wondered how energy really works — not just scientifically, but spiritually?
How thought, feeling, and frequency all play a part in the way we experience reality?

In this reflection, I share what came to me when I turned inward and asked:
What is energy? What is its nature? What role does it play in our connection to the higher power?

A Note on the Words That Follow

These writings were received during quiet states of reflection—not through striving, but by turning inward and listening.

I do not claim to channel an outside being. What I connect to is something we all carry: a stream of universal wisdom that lives beyond thought, beyond form, and beyond fear.

I asked a question.
I listened.
And what follows is what came through.

These are not lessons to be dissected.
They are invitations to be felt.

Let the ones that speak to you… stay with you.

My Quest for Knowledge

The following is what I learned while attuned to my higher power.
I sit quietly, focus my thoughts on a beginning question, and allow new thoughts to flow through my mind uninterrupted.

A Universal Truth: Energy Exists

No one controls energy, making decisions as to how it flows or how much or how often.

  • Energy doesn’t have a source. People refer to energy in terms of “source energy,” as if you could tap into more or receive more. But there are only frequencies and degrees of energy.
  • Energy can be felt strong: through powerful emotions or natural forces.
  • Energy can also be steady: like sitting beside a lake, feeling peaceful and calm.

A person can tune into various degrees of energy—and that is where “source energy” enters common phrasing. What it truly means is having awareness of the energy that surrounds you. When you consider how life is sustained, you’re recognizing the source of life itself: energy.

Energy is the reason people believe in a higher power. They often describe it as a supreme being. But many of those beliefs come with rules—about who can access it, who deserves it, who understands it best.

But energy is not exclusive.
It is not governed.
It is not owned.

Energy retains consciousness.
It holds memory. It carries infinite intelligence.

From energy, we experience life in cycles.
Seasons occur.
Patterns emerge.
A collective consciousness offers ideas—sustained by energy.

Love is a positive energy.
It is the highest form of connection between beings.
And energy sustains that connection throughout time.

We describe energy through sensations.
Words like mood, feeling, emotion—these are how we tune into frequencies of energy.

  • A bad mood or angry feeling is a tuning to a negative frequency.
  • A joyful mood or a sense of love is tuning into the positive.

Energy is sustained by the tension between positive and negative.
Someone taking anti-depressants may not realize they can learn to shift frequency—by tuning to a different current of energy.

Intuition is tuning into collective consciousness.
It is the quiet following of wisdom when you stop thinking and start listening.

A Universal Truth: Vibrations Are Receptors and Transmitters of Energy

Sound vibrates. The mind vibrates.
Energy moves in silent, unseen rhythms — vibrating beneath thought, beneath language.
And in doing so, it becomes part of the collective consciousness that surrounds and sustains us.

To receive this energy, we must tune ourselves.
We must become receptors.

When people speak of meditating or quieting the mind, this is what they mean:
They are allowing their minds to become receptive — tuned to the frequency of the collective.
They are listening to the vibrating energy, waiting for a signal.

And just as we receive, we also transmit.

When you think, when you create, when you birth a new idea —
you are sending vibrations into the stream of collective consciousness.

  • Vibrations create pathways.
  • Signals carry thoughts and intelligence.
  • Energy is always pulsing, moving — and we are all in its flow.

You are both a receptor and a transmitter.
Even in silence, your mind is vibrating — receiving ideas, impressions, subtle guidance.
And when you begin to create, you become the transmitter — sharing that wisdom back into the stream.

You can choose what to tune into:
The positive… or the negative.
The uplifting… or the draining.

But make no mistake:
You are always in the stream.
You are always receiving, always transmitting, always connected.

An Invitation to Practice

Are you ready to sit quietly… and listen?
To pay attention to the vibrational energy already within you?

Remember this as you make stillness a practice:

You do not need to subscribe to any particular religion or doctrine.
What you are learning is far more universal —
You are learning to tune to the energy that already lives in you,
and allow it to inspire, guide, and uplift your life.
